I visited this location because I wanted to pump a full tank of gas. I noticed right away that the handles didn’t have any kind of switch to keep the pump going. I had to hold the handle myself. I didn’t think it would be a problem. I was watching the pump because I knew approximately how much I needed. I felt a slight vibration like you get when a gas pump automatically shuts off. That didn’t happen. The pump kept going and I turned around to find gasoline all over my car. I have pumped gas in a thousand places and this has happened in only one other place. I let the employees inside know but they didn’t show any concern at all. I guess it wasn’t their problem, was it? They had no paper towels and no water for the squeegies that you could have used to clean up the mess. Instead I had to go instead for some napkins and buy some water to rinse off my car. When I asked who I could call to complain the lady I spoke with just said«POPE». Pope?(what is that supposed to be). Oh, Pope is the company that owns them. How about a phone number? No? You can’t(or won’t) give me a phone number for your own company? OK then, have a nice day. I would never go back to this place, not in a million years.
