Scheduled a visit by a Sales Rep for A/​C replacement — took three weeks.
Took time off work and met the Rep, Robert, at my home — said he’d have a proposal for me within a week.
Three weeks later — no proposal. I made an inquiry, and was told it was placed in the wrong folder.
My experience is, if you have this much trouble getting a Proposal, installation and service after the sale will follow a similar theme.

I had Carjon to fix my air-​conditioning. They were professional and courteous. They had previously installed both of my units; one 5 years ago and one about 7 years ago. My repair was going to cost over $ 1500. After consideration and looking at pictures of the problem, Carjon decided to warrantee the repair! It cost me nothing! Frankly that is unbelievable service. I have felt with many service companies and people. They are the best. My service person, Justin was great too.

We used Carjon Heating and Cooling (Cumberland, RI) to fix a gas furnace in February, 2014. A previous contractor had told us that many expensive parts would have to be replaced and we might as well buy a new furnace. The Carjon technician spent a lot of time troubleshooting in a cold attic and found that the problem was a high temperature limit switch that had shorted out. Kudos to that technician. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

These guys are true professionals who focus on quality of materials and customer satisfaction.
I had central A/​C added to an existing forced air heating system. I received quotes from 3 different area HVAC contractors. Carjon gave me the most detailed quote. When I had a couple questions on the quote itself, the sales rep quickly called me back with answers. The cost was right in the middle of the the other 2. After deciding on Carjon, work began in 2 weeks.
I had some minor repairs done to the ductwork and the thermostat moved without any added cost… and just like that, they just gained a loyal customer.
That’s how it’s done, folks.
