If you’re not from Cache Valley there’s a good chance you’ve never heard of this course. But that shouldn’t stop you from taking the beautiful drive to Birch Creek to play a round. They have a very well-kept 18 hole course with a large driving range as well. The course can be pretty tough. They do have quite a few mature trees, some occasional creeks, and other fun obstacles. I remember getting stuck in a sandtrap here once and it probably took me 4 – 5 strokes to get out — pretty embarrassing, but then again the sand has never been my specialty. The clubhouse is gorgeous and offers breathtaking views. My cousin even chose to get married here and her wedding and reception were amazing! My work has had a couple of golf tournaments here and they’ve always been pretty good in my opinion. This place is without a doubt one of my favorite courses in Utah.
