Really close to a 1 star. I had the gyro, which I’m sort of an aficionado on, being half Greek. I know the meat was prepackaged frozen something, but it was really flavorful. In the right mood, I could get it again. However, probably to pick up, as the place was rather disgusting. I had to wash my hands after touching the laminated menu, since it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was really sticky. The table top wasn’t much better, there was no telling how long it had been since it was actually cleaned. The service was so-​so, I had to walk up to the server to place my order, interrupting her in the middle of writing a text message.

I left one cause 0 wasn’t an option. The customer service was horrible. They made the food wrong twice and told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. We have been eating here about once a month for a year now and will NEVER go back again.

Horrible delivery service. Owner is a lying ass hole that curses the customer for the delivery driver forgetting half of the order. Then takes an hour to bring the remaining order… I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere…

I called at 9:47PM and was told by the guy who answered «we’re closed». Their hours state until 10:30. Really unprofessional to just close whenever you feel like it OR just not take orders if you feel like it.
We ordered from there two nights ago and it was mediocre pizza but it is the only place other than Dominos that delivers so we thought we would order again.
This place is a Big Fat NO!

Staten Island, NY
New Yorker here. Based on hotel’s recommendation, we ordered takeout from this place during an overnight stopover on our return drive from Florida. (I strongly recommend Holiday Inn Express nearby, but that’s another review.) We’re glad we gave it a chance.
We had a plain pie and a sausage/​peppers pie, which was loaded with the toppings.
Pizza was excellent and a good deal. Total cost was $ 25 with coupon that we got at hotel.
Sauce was fresh and zesty.
Cheese was creamy/​salty/​tasty. Yum.
TIP: While we waited, we picked up some wine at Wal-​Mart across the way.
Sorry no photos — I thought of that after we devoured the pizza!

The food was decent but the service was awful. I was staying in a hotel near the restaurant and decided to give it a try. After waiting over an hour and a half for a medium pepperoni pizza, veggie calzone, grilled cheese and a chicken parm sub, we received the pizza, sub a BLT club and a chicken calzone. We called back to have the order fixed, first we were told that all of the grilled cheeses come with lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise and the big chunks of chicken on the calzone weren’t really chicken. We had to argue to get the calzone replaced, which took another hour.

We had a delivery sent to our hotel cos we were too tired to go eat in. They were prompt in getting it to us and the delivery guy was very friendly. We specifically asked if they could send some paper plates & napkins with him since we were in a hotel. They said they would, but he didn’t have anything with him and said no one told him. Oh well…
The pizza itself was very, very good. In fact, much better than we were expecting. We got the veggie, which had very generous toppings and a nicely baked crust. Not too limp and not too crispy! Well done!

I really enjoy their NY style pizza! Definitely the best pizza joint in Smithfield! Their extra large pizza is big enough to feed my family of six. Highly recommended!
