Pizza is good, but service leaves much to be desired. I called in and order and it wasn’t even made when I arrived. I had to wait 20 minutes in the store which has no air conditioning. I have also been on two different Sundays and they were closed, no note in the door or anything. What’s with a TIP jar? It’s a carry out place. Not a very professional run place, too bad because the pizza is cheap and good.

Called to order a sausage and pepper sandwich. Oops they are out of sausage. Chicken parmesan, sorry we ran out. How about a salad? We don’t make salads. Why would I bother to eat at such a place lacking in basic Italian foods!

This pizzeria has changed ownership and is now called Paesano’s. The pizza is still just as good as before and now there are even more menu options and they deliver!

The Di Carlo’s chain is a regional institution and some of the best pizza in the tri-state area. Very good crust and excellent sauce. Overall good toppings, though I will issue a demerit for the canned mushrooms. Carry-out only and they don’t take credit cards. Di Carlos has a unique pricing model where pizza is sold by the slice with one topping included.
