It was a pleasure to have Ermal come over from Upstate Geeks. He knew what he was doing — and– was able to resolve the problems that I was having with my PC.
I have no hesitation in recommending Upstate Geeks for anyone having problems with their computers.

My computer has been giving me problems for a couple of months, but I simply didn’t have a clue as to where to take it. The obvious place would be Best Buy, where I would most likely be charged an arm and a leg for them to look at the computer. Quite by accident a friend mentioned Upstate Geeks to me, which I had never heard of, but decided to give them a try. Called and left my computer off, and picked it up a the next day. The price was so reasonable, and furthermore, Marisa and Erie couldn’t have been nicer. I am very satisfied, and it feels good to help a new and young company such as this one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to Give them a try. They are GREAT!
