Service has gone down since they opened this location. I arrived and was checked in and then IGNORED FOR 30 MINUTES. When I left and called to speak with the manager, Marvin, he told me his people would not do that.

Terrible customer service.
I was with verizon for over 6 years and I left after I had to deal with some of the characters at this location. They are very manipulative and will make every issue with you bill seem like your fault. Be careful.

Great place. Great people. Busy, but ordered inside.
There’s a person to check you in & direct you as needed. There’s a customer service desk for upgrades, new activations etc.
Hands down they’ve got it covered with being efficient. Wait time, for me on this particular occasion, was nominal.
Only downfall, is it’s a little further down Gause Blvd than I care to drive. The area it’s situated in is busy, but I guess I’d rather have it there than not at all.
