Crappy hurry up get u out the way service!!!
I can’t believe they can mess up an entire order from the sausage egg biscuits to a hot chocolate. Even the extra soft drink. A soft drink!!!
How do incompetent people get fast food industry jobs. U must be incompetent to get a job there. It makes me WORST for even stopping. Should never stop!

Average McDonalds restaurant experience. No better No worse.
One advantage of this location is that it’s got the 2 lane split, order on this side or order on that side. I like the idea because it ‘seems to help’ to make service/​order taking a little faster… idk if this is REALLY the case, but it’s about perception, right?!
I frequent this location when I’m in the area. Would be prime if not for the crappy traffic of Gause Blvd (that’s another review huh?)

Whoever told McDonalds that they could handle two drive thru lanes is an asshole.
I don’t like McDonald’s. The boy, of course, loves it. So I go here to get him to STFU every now and then.
This location has the dual drive thru lanes and let me just say that your typical McDonald’s customer isn’t splitting any atoms. I mean if you don’t know basic protocol when we are talking dual drive thru lanes then I’m a little nervous that you even have a drivers license, m’kay?
That being said, while the food isn’t my cup of tea and the drive thru is a clusterf*ck, the employees here are always very friendly and I’ve never had them mess up an order.

This is the location on Gause Blvd right off of I-​10. It is 24 hours and I normally only find myself here when it is dead in the night. But business surely wouldn’t indicate it is 2AM. It is always packed! So much so that they’re a location with two drive-thru’s, which can be confusing. So beware. Service in the drive thru is very friendly; however, I have gotten my order wrong a numerous amount of times coincidentally when my boyfriend is getting it for me. I always order the same thing: crispy chipotle BBQ snack wraps. Once I got them grilled (it is NOT the same) and once I got someone else’s order (same number of wraps, same sauce, but with mayo added. Bleh!). Definitely make sure you are paying for YOUR order and check your bag and its contents!
I’ve never been on the inside since I am a typical lazy American, so I can’t vouch for that. On my last visit though I saw some kids walk in around midnight, but I’m not sure on the lobby hours. All in all, this is one of the few places you can stop in Slidell that’s 24 hours.
