Went back for dinner with my wife. Tried their Honey Habanero and BBQ Bourbon wings; both were quite good. Had the Chicken Parmesan and found it just OK. Tasted a bit pre-made and warmed up honestly. My caesar side salad was good and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her veggie pizza. The staff made the experience 4 stars. Our server was very sweet, friendly and took very good care of us.

This place is by far one of my favorite pizza places. They have soups, salads, pastas etc. they have take out & are on the delivery express program. Check out the lunch menu, you can get a soup and a salad, with a pizza or calzone or pasta! They have a ton of lunch options and aren’t bad for the price. The portions are huge so you can always share! Food comes out fast, fresh and hot! Service is good here as well. They also have a private party room you can book for meetings, birthdays or celebrations! They will cater to your party needs. Small party or big one! Their French onion soup is delicious & very filling! The calzones are huge and very shareable! I usually get a pizza or calzone with a salad and split it with the bf! Prices are reasonable here as well! Parking lot is kind of annoying because it’s shared with other retail shops and an athletic club but that’s the only down side to this place!

I still don’t understand the lack of pizza down south. Italian pie satisfied my craving for a small cheese. Nice thick crust, lots of gooey cheese and service with a smile. Italian Pie It was a little overpriced in my opinion. $ 10 for a small pie is way too much, but if I am in Slidell again, I will definitely go and try some other things on their menu. The vibe of the Italian Pie is very homey and family-ish.(New word I just made up). From what I hear there are a few different locations, and I definitely plan on checking them out.

Average food with above average service. When I go to a restaurant, I expect their food to be better than what I could prepare. Not so much here as their sauce was sub par and the meatballs were dry and not fresh whatsoever. How can an Italian restaurant mess up such a classic? The entrée came with greasy garlic bread and a small salad. Italian Pie was a much better restaurant at one time but the quality is definitely not what it once was I am sad to say.

Excellent choice to stop for lunch on our way home to Houston from Florida. A couple miles off I-10 but worth it. The bread on the pizza and the cheesy garlic bread was great! Friendly service and average prices. $ 32 for 2 adults and 1 child. Cute décor and pleasing music!

Recently made a visit to Slidell and happened upon this gem! Friendly waitress, cheerful atmosphere, clean resturant and great food. Really enjoyed my lunch! The cheese garlic«bread» is really a little pizza pie, the suns dried tomato dressing on my salad was amazing and the meatball in my spaghetti was very tasty! A definite do-over!

Maybe I was drunk most of the time in college… ok, I definitely was, and my palate has certainly evolved since then. The Italian Pie was a favorite back in the day and still produces decent pizza pies. The Mediterrean Salad is classic, with red onion slices, tomato, and feta over romaine. They’ve got a sun dried tomato dressing, which is aromatic and sweet. It’s nice to be able to ‘Make Your Own’ Pizza from a variety of high-end toppings. We decided on meatball with jalapeño. All of their pizzas are on generic-tasting, regular thickness crust. The cheese was a nice blend of melty, gooey, but not greasy. The meatballs were unimpressive, but passibly fine. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, so extra kudos for them.

Have not been to this restaurant for eighteen months, was so impressed with their Tuscany Calzone. Will be back again, a very friendly family atmosphere.

A step up from buffet. A step down from olive garden. At least the beer is cheap and the glasses are frosty.

excellent food & an excellent price. Nice atmosphere & décor too. I had the roasted chicken wrap, unlike any wrap I’ve ever had!

This is a fun local chain here in Louisiana. The Slidell Italian Pie is almost always packed during dinner time. This is one of the restaurants on our rotation when we go out to eat. It’s always consistently good and the service is decent. The majority of the servers are local high school kids and you can’t put down hard working kids. XD Their calzones are literally the best. It seems like every time we go there everyone at the table gets a different type of calzone. They’re huge and filled with gooey cheese! Always cooked to perfection so you won’t ever get a burnt one. I’ve also lately been a huge fan of their spinach lasagna. That’s also covered in melting cheese and cooked to perfection. Oh! That’s the funniest thing about this restaurant is the naming of the bread. They have breadsticks and then they have garlic bread which has cheese on it. To me it never made much sense because the breadsticks seemed like they had a tinge of garlic on them as well though without the cheese. You’d think they would call the garlic bread something else like cheesy bread. I think that’s a more appropriate name but I always get confused so I always tell them I want the bread with the cheese on it. It’s basically a running gag with my friends. For the portions they give you, the prices are very reasonable which is one of the reasons why we come here so much. Good food, good times.
