Daiquiris & Company

Down to earth, comfortable neighborhood place with about the best daiquiri’s possible. The cherry bombs (5 for $ 1) are extremely strong and worth trying as well.
My favorite was the Cajun Egg Nog, however I noticed many others mixing the Banana and Chocolate, which I would probably try next. In terms of quality, this is a real daiquiri shop and impossible to describe to anyone used to watered down, cheap liquor and syrup places found on Bourbon street (or Wet Willies in Miami or NYC).
I lived in Slidell for several years as a kid (many years ago) and it’s always an amazing experience to get back. This is a great neighborhood scene here to meet locals and just chill. I’m very much looking forward to getting back on my next trip.

This daiquiri shop is located in the city of Slidell which is just outside the city limits of New Orleans. Don’t be surprised to find many cajun derived locals here. As a result, there will be many home down good quality restaurants nearby where food is made at true quality/​value.
At this daiquiri place, we got the real deal. After trying the daiquiri places along Bourbon Street and other tourist locations in New Orleans, this one beats them out. Instead of the syrup and ice flavors you get from the others, this one (made for locals) uses the true ingredients as stated in their description. We ended up getting the Cajun Eggnog daiquiri and the Mango Peach Bellini daiquiri. The Cajun Eggnog daiquiri tasted every bit like a true eggnog, but stronger with alcohol, yet smooth and very flavorful. The Mango Peach Bellini lives up to the name in taste. You can taste the true fruits and champagne in this daiquiri.
This location attracts a lot of the locals that live around here. The person serving our drinks behind the counter was very friendly with a good sense of humor around the customers.
Just a warning, if you are allergic to cigarette smoke, this place does not ban smoking.
If you happen to be in this town to stay the night, I would recommend stopping here for a drink.

I’m not familiar with Louisiana and this was absolutely fantastic. No complaints. Try Jungle Juice!(…in a large)

Good daiquiris with lots of flavors to choose from. Will definitely be back. A drive through window would be nice.

Love the staff here. Very personable! Very friendly!!! Good daquiris and prices! They always have specials here and it’s a nice clean place, pool tables, patio area some times live bands too!

This place is pretty cool. It’s your typical daiquiri place that has a drive thru (don’t drink and drive but, hey? Whatcha think about an a drive thru joint that sells alcoholic beverages? The term paradox comes to mind.)
I like it here because they feature local bands on the regular. Some of them are outstanding and some are just ok, but I love supporting local bands, buisnesses and artists and any place that makes this a priority like Daiquiri’s & Company does is ok in my book.

They have it all — Daiquiris, beer, and a full liquor bar. Friendly staff, and the store is VERY clean. Jukebox, Flat Screen TV’s — a good place to catch a game! Awesome specials too. Drinks were amazing! Highly recommended!

Casual environment and a Nice place to relax. On Saturday that have live bands.

Real chill throughout the day and in most cases live music at night
