Two issues. 1-​look at my pictures; 2-​I called immediately after placing an on-​line order. Spoke to the owner. I needed to add a «from» name. Accidentally left off my husband’s name. As you can also see from my pictures, the 4th name was NOT added.
I called again to complain. The owner said they were very busy today; sorry.
