Tuscan Sun Salon

I will never go back to this spa due to the extremely poor customer service I received. A mixup with my appt was made on the part of the lady at the front desk. Instead of trying to fix the issue they had made they made me feel like the problem was mine. The ladies at the desk were very short and rude. Apparently they were booked up for the entire day however there were 5 workers all hanging out by the desk chatting away. They could have easily won my respect back by being appologetic with their error however I received none. My experience there was more stressful than relaxing. The lady at the desk also commented that this booking issue has occured several times with other clients however they have clearly done nothing to prevent this error from happening again. Don’t waste your time with this spa.

Awful, the worst customer service I encountered. I would advise driving to a spa 2 plus hrs away then going here!

Located in the center of Snowshoe Village on the promenade level of Allegheny Springs, Tuscan Sun is a brand new and welcome addition to the Snowshoe community. Featuring a lower retail floor with a spiral staircase leading to a salon, its tastefully and modern decorations invite the customer to shop and be at home. A full line of Aveda products is available. Hair care is available for both men and women in its upstairs setting.
The salon is owned by the same folks who renovated and set up shop at the old Whistlepunk Spa.
