We hired this company to refinish hardwood floors throughout our home. It is run by Polish workers. Wally owns the company and speaks broken English. The two guys who completed the work were hardworking, and had a great sense of humor! They completed the sanding/​refinishing of two bedrooms, the living and dining rooms, two stairs, and the staircase railing in approximately 3 days, with a three coat oil finish for $ 1,664. We hired them again a few months later to lay new hardwood flooring in the back room (the addition of the house). We bought and picked up the flooring ourselves (at A American Flooring on Irving Park Road) and they installed it with a two coat oil finish for $ 600. We are very happy with the work, and are amazed with how beautiful the old floors turned out!
