Nice staff but slooow service. Every Time I walk in I have to wait for someone to come to the register. When someone finally comes, they apologize. Then you have to wait for your drink(longer than other Starbucks).

I am beyond mad at this service. I come to Starbucks literally twice a day, it’s literally the only thing that keeps me sane. After a long work week I can say I probably spent about $ 50-$ 70 at Starbucks. I have a rewards card that constantly is reloading my balance. You could say that I’m a little bit of a coffee freak. However I came here on my birthday and I was rejected my free birthday drink, they told me that they don’t do that. On my birthday it was a very busy day so I only had one chance to use it. I went in the next day and the lady told me I couldn’t use it because my birthday was yesterday I explained to her that they wouldn’t let me use it on my birthday and she told me basically too bad. I wouldn’t be that mad because I understand it’s just a free drink. But when you spend lots of money at a local business you should at least be treated with respect. I feel like the respect in this place is almost extinct. There are a few good employees at this location but I feel like the new ones need some training, the new girl that helped me had a very bad attitude and told me that they don’t accept competitor coupons when my free drink coupon said Starbucks on it and then she tried to tell me that that was only for a certain Starbucks location for my rewards I told her that my rewards is linked to that location. I even tried to show her the app on my phone and she told me she was going to help whoever was next behind me unless I was going to be buying a drink. However I wouldn’t write this review after one bad experience but the previous day I came to the drive through and I had a hair in my vanilla Bean for my daughter. When I pulled out of the drive-through is when we noticed it and it took forever to get back to the lot sense out of the drive through you can only go one way. However when we got back to the lot I had my daughter stay in the car. I ran inside and told him what had happened, and the lady kind of argued with me and told me it was my hair. First of all I am a blonde my daughter is a blonde. And it’s not like I was asking for something for free I was literally just asking for another vanilla bean freshly made. There was a nice young gentleman behind the counter that quickly came into the conversation and told me that he was extremely sorry and got me my vanilla bean and even a cookie for my daughter. I don’t believe all the employees are bad I just feel like the young ones really need that are teaching and learn how to talk to people. I will still continue go to the Starbucks I just hope in the future there is a change.

Long wait times, constantly running out product, only 3 or 4 good baristas, who never work at the same time, so they’re usually paired up with other baristas who don’t give a !@$$÷#!

A calm oasis in the middle of the train stop. It is an easy location to grab coffee before getting on the train. It is a little small and can get crowded but if you have a few minutes to wait or get something to drink, this is a great place.
