I had an ant and spider problem in my new house we are refurbishing. The people were great on the phone and the first person to come out and look/​take care of the problem was very polite and knew what he was talking about. I am pretty pleased with this place so far. They come out every two months and spray around and inside the house. The chemicals they use are pet friendly to my dog.

I can’t say enough about this company. I own a condo in a building that had a complete gut rehab. For the first couple years there was no problem but then I started seeing roaches. YUCH. I would rather have weekly root canals then have roaches. As days wore on, they moved in by the hundreds. My problem was that nobody else saw them. Then it got alot worse and when others saw them, the association decided to hire an exterminator. We got the service for a year, once a month. The technology they use is clean, odorless and not harmful to children, pets, or humans. We found that the problem was coming from the unit right below me, just my luck. Orkin had the problem under control within two months. They keep coming to make sure they get any lingering bugs. Our particular technician is Mason. He is so kind, respectful, and flexible.
If you have a roach problem, contact this company. They are incredible.

My building signed a year contract. Their service has been horrible. When given special instructions for who to contact in the building… despite being told multiple times… doesn’t seem to sink in. Requested copies of bills and contract. They said they would send them. That was 2 months ago. Any service they provide… just go on line, do some research and head to your local Home Depot. I don’t think the folks at Orkin are any more knowledgable. Huge disappointment.
