I had been testing matresses all over Chicagoland. Stopped in and got one of the best knowledgeable salesperson. I had partner comeback with me, went through the mattress test, choose matress, manager came over, with a gift, free gift promotion was on other type of mattress, so he gave us free delivery. Mattress came the next day. Great experience.

I literally just left Sleepy’s and I wanted to write a review right away. My boyfriend and I spent four hours at this location. Throughout the whole process Kevin help us along every step of the way. He set us up with a king size bed for such a great price. He was knowledgable about everything you need to know about mattresses. You can tell he’s done this for a very long time! I highly recommended Kevin if you come to this location.

Bought a mattress here after shopping around for a long time. They «seemed» wonderful, until they weren’t. I stayed home a day to get the mattress, and they delivered the wrong one. They credited $ 47 back (which didn’t seem right as I had to wait a total of 8 hrs for the 2 different deliveries) and said they’d deliver the right one the next day.
Meanwhile, I found a comparable mattress at Sams Club for a lot cheaper. There were a lot of Memorial Day Sales. They have the price match guarantee, or else I would have canceled the mattress to buy one from Sams. My salesman said he’d look into it and get back to me tomorrow, but I should accept the mattress. I did– and didn’t get a call back.
I called back again two days later, and someone said they will have my salesman call me back tomorrow because he was busy. This happened three other times. They kept saying a manager would call me back, but still to this day, (three weeks later) I have not received a phone call from Skokie in Sleepys. The last time I called a guy named KEVIN hung up on me when I was trying to explain that no one has ever called me back.
To me, a company that I continue to use is one that doesn’t just make a sale, but makes sure the customer is taken care of from beginning to end. THIS Sleepy’s is NOT the place to go for that. They are just looking for a sale.
Their price guarantee is a hoax. They choose to just ignore their customers. Wait until the sales price is over, so they no longer have to honor it. They also tag on a bunch of freebies and charge you for it, making your mattress look cheaper.
Be Careful when shopping here. Check your prices. Sams, Costco, Mattress Firm, Macys… all have just as good of mattresses. I know Sams, Macys, and Costco take GREAT care of their customers. Mattress Firm was wonderful when I bought my last mattress as well. I will never shop at Sleepy’s again.

The manager is a nice guy and did everything to solve my delivery issue! Excellent after sale!
