I was in town, visiting the in laws for the holidays, and my hands were cracking from the lack of humidity. I looked at the L’ Occitane website one night and saw some lotions on sale. So the next day, I stopped by the store to pick some up. They had the same hand cream in stock that I saw on the website, but it was twice the price. Annoying. Also, when I use the little tube in the car, I keep dropping the stupid cap. Can’t they put flip tops on the tubes? It would probably bring down the price too.

I agree that L’occitane has some of the best products for your skin, but I think people have to remember that they have to review the store, also. I don’t know what are the requirements for working here(also at the location in Oakbrook), but it seems like bitchy and rude. No one steps from behind the counter to help. Even when asking for where a product is, they stand there and yell to you the location instead of just showing you. What is your job description? Sales Associate or Megaphone? This store is also verrryyyy small compared to the locations in Oakbrook and Lincoln Park.

This place has the best lotions and soaps. All of their products are made from natural ingredients, like shea butter and olive oil. Their products not only smell delicious, but really have a good effect. I love their stuff!
