I have been a patient of Dr. Lasser’s for over 20 years. There has never been a time that I have been disappointed with his care or that of Jenny, his nurse. Dr. Lasser does all the procedures himself. He does not have assistants do removals. He understands emergencies also. I called about shingles and told to come in that day.
He gets the job done, as they say, in a professional and responsible manner. He is a true doctor that cares.

I saw Dr. Lasser several times. At one of the visits he gave me a skin cream with his name on it. He did not tell me there would be a charge for it. I assumed it was free sample. Then I received a bill for $ 25 that the insurance did not cover. I could not believe that he would give me a cream and not tell me that it would cost me $ 25. I called to dispute the charges and see it they can waive it. He said I have to pay for it, even though I did not use it. I paid for it, and decided not to see him again. I feel this was so an unprofessional practice.

So apparently at this office a 12 pm appointment translates to 1 pm. Really??? Great way to waste my time!
