KD did a great job for a fair price. After having other flooring contractors not willing to take the job because some level issue, Kevin and his crew solved the problem in a very professional manner. The only way to thank them for this job is to refer him to the other people struggling in finding a good contractor.

Dealing with KD Flooring has been by far my worst home improvement experience in my 12 years of being a home owner. I hired Kevin Dorobat to refinish my hardwood floors and the out come was a horrible nightmare from the PITTS OF HELL! They had to come to my house three times (yes you read correctly three times) to resand and restain my floors, within a 3 week time frame, to try to correct the uneven staining issue done by Kevin himself and his crew. Each time they came out the issue got worst. After discussing this experience with friends and other professional flooring companies they told me I shouldn’t have let him come out after a second time, but I was desperate to have my floors finished hopefully the right way. Each time he guaranteed me that he would correct the problem. After the third time I was expecting my floors to be beautiful like the pictures on his website (and I was also thinking in my head the sayin «third times a charm»), well needless to say I was the most disappointed and hurt of the final result. The pictures on his website does not at all reflect his work. I honestly don’t believe he did the work that’s posted on his site. I would never ever recommend or refer this company to anyone not even my worst enemy… I will try to post pics on other review websites… UNBELIEVABLE!
