I go to this Cosmo prof all the time it’s near my salon and I have no problem with it or the employees! Yes every place has its pros and cons it’s not the employees it’s Cosmo prof systems that tell them when to restock and reorder… Every time I go in its the same workers and they know me and even call me to tell me when they have events! Maybe that one day they were having a bad day which everyone does and me being a stylist understands that you need a lot of patients and sometimes people get under your skin an irritate you. Which is normal… So from everyone giving one star is very harsh… Like I said I been going to this Cosmo prof for years and the manager to the employees always help me out with and whenever I need… And also give me free samples when they have… So I believe treat others how you would like to be treated and everything will be ok! And I been to other Cosmo prof like the one on Harlem that always gives me problems

I love coming here I always get the help I need nahran and Juliana are always there to help all such a friendly staff I’ve been coming to this particular location now for 3 yrs it’s great, I always find what I’m looking for and if not one of the staff checks it out for me. I have to say I’ve never walked out disappointed they always find a solution I highly recommend this location for any stylist. :)

I hate this location, I would never go there again. Lady Name Nahrain and Juliana are so rude and unprofessional they don’t know how to deal with customers. They ask me personal questions that is none of their business. I would recommend management to hire better people than them. I was looking for a color which the didn’t have enough on the shelf and when I asked them for more they said we don’t have anything. She didn’t even try to check on the back. She was trying to push me to buy shampoo That I don’t even need.

The manager here is less than concerned with your satisfaction with basic products, and will not offer returns or refunds. Although some employees seem to simply be concerned with doing things correctly, like checking the validity of your CosmoProf membership, watch your transactions and check your receipts. Came here one Black Friday and was overcharged A LOT bc a new male employee didn’t apply the discount for my OPI no chip polishes, total return took forever. Although this was a simple mistake it would have cost me hundreds, had I not been overwhelmed by the price and checked my receipts. Don’t even go here if you can go to a different location, preferably outside the city bc the managers all seem to have serious attitudes and towards paying customers. I have easily spent $ 600+++ maybe more and am treated like I am about steal something.

I absolutely hate this location. Every time I go here there is always some kind of ordeal. The people have items marked incorrectly, they over charge me, or they cheat me out of my savings.
I work retail, in fact I work at a beauty supply store 10 times it’s size. When an item is not on the floor we go to the back and look for it. I asked for two items and all the lady could say was its in shipment. I could see 3 of the one item I needed in a shopping cart in the back but the woman refused to go look for it. It’s unfortunate that they can’t even provide decent customer service. Luckily for me I now have a Salon Centric discount card and I will now give them my business because they seem to do a better job treating their customers.
