I’ve been going to Marlin for the past 14 years, in my past experiences with other salons nobody comes close to how Marlin takes care of me. From the hair color, to the cut and to the amazing job she does blow drying my hair. She is very professional and will make you feel comfortable once you are on the chair. One day while driving down Dempster street something made me look to the right and I saw Château Gena decided to stop in to see what it was all about and I’m so glad I did! Love Château Gena ! The owner Gena is a class act! Charming and welcoming ! Makeup application, Facials, waxing, mani pedi and hair services are all done to perfection. A special shout out to Diana my nail technician, my nails have improved 100% since she took over from the last shop I used to go to. When Gena did my makeup I looked incredible ! Highly recommend Château Gena!

I became an esthetician because of Gena. She has such a special gift of making you feel so beautiful and has the hands of a true angel. You can go to the city and spend a fortune on waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, etc. I promise you on my life, there is no one as good as her .I can not explain how much love i have for everyone that works here. Jackie Hermes is truly an artist. From an amazing haircut/​Hairstyle, color/​highlights she is truly the best! Jackies blowdrys… It can stay for weeks, WEEKS!!! That’s how incredible she is. People travel all over to see them. I feel like I’m part of the whole family. Truly. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful for such a special team who will always make you feel like family. I am so overwhelmed by how gorgeous my hair and eyebrows are. I found Marlin (hairstylist) and Gena (skincare and makeup) through my sassy friend George. First let me say I am extremely picky and I value customer service, honesty, flexibility, a great environment, positive and clean atmosphere, a good value, and all of these are aligned with the service that Marlin, Gena and team provides. By far one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. It also helps that they are full service so for a busy executive like myself, every minute saved is worth it! Even though I live downtown in river north, I haven’t found anyone who can do eyebrows better than Gena so I’ve been following her to all the new salons for the last 4 years! I was so excited to come to the new location and it is a gorgeous store.

I walked into this amazing salon and couldn’t get enough of the beautiful and very extraordinary décor. To top it off, the services are endless, I sat down with a girl named Diana to do my no chip manicure, and I have to say it was a Great overall experience she’s very professional but makes you feel like she’s already your friend. Has great attention to detail. My nails are very hard to deal with I have oil nailbeds and even a no chip chips!
but this girl managed to keep the no chip on and stay on for a while. I’m so happy with my nails and I will be returning soon

Elegant and welcoming! I walked in the door and felt like I had stepped into a welcoming, warm, and luxurious space. The people greet everyone with warmth and joy. The space is luxurious and calming. Gena cares for people and their wellbeing. She has created something very special for all of us!

Its fantastic. I went in for a facial today and it was wonderful. Gena is amazing and her new full service salon is as beautiful as she is. We finally have a place where we can go to look and feel beautiful.

Had an initial laser treatment here and it was great. Prices are good and they have packages.
