Alden Estates of Skokie

My doctor wanted me to go straight home after knee replacement surgery. I was on a wait list for Alden so I never intended to go there but on the day before my release from the hospital, Alden called to say a bed opened up. I took it as a sign to go.
I was impressed from the moment I stepped out of the car. Every person was attentive, caring, professional, kind and helpful. Getting Physical Therapy 2 – 3 times a day helped me immensely. All the rooms are private which not only is lovely, but it is difficult enough to sleep after surgery, but not having to worry about others in the rooms was a big plus.
If you know you are having knee or hip surgery, (that is all they do) put your name down on a list. You won’t be disappointed. I could name many employees as giving outstanding service, but I wouldn’t want to forget anyone and they truly all were wonderful

I am finishing my first week here. Had a revision of a hip replacement. The administrators have been really great, working with insurance to insure I can get the rehab I need. All of the PT and OT staff has been really helpful. I love working with John, he is funny, musical and a very amazing therapist. The nursing staff has been very attentive to all of my needs and are very warm and caring.

I had bi-​lateral knee replacement 02.02.15 and arrived at Alden Estates — Skokie 02.05.15. The medical care, PT, OT and food is excellent (5***** Stars). The camaraderie and positive attitude from the management and staff is sincere. Additionally, the attention to detail such as cleanliness and responsiveness is impressive. I give Adlen Estates — Skokie 5*****Stars and highly recommend it as a # 1 top rated knee and hip orthopedic rehab facility!!!
