I love the scent of cologne. The stuff is ok. I really don’t care the stuff. I go to the store because I like A&F clothes.

This store is terrible. The staff is rude and they refuse to help you. As mentioned before, they try to avoid customers. The store is clean, yes, but based on customer service I wish I could give zero stars. I love A&F jeans but the company really needs to focus on hiring based on skill and competence rather than looks. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable shopping in my life. Avoid this store!

Why Grown-​ups should not shop in a «Junior» Store…
I don’t typically shop at Abercombie & Fitch but as I was having a hard time finding some basic cute t-​shirts, I thought I would give it a try. Based on the experience, I have no plans to go back.
As you enter the store, you are accosted by the heavy scent of cologne and loud music. I wandered the store, checking things out, looking for some basic t-​shirts. A few salespeople passed me by; not one person said hello or asked if they could help me. That is standard, based on my prior experience with A&F. When I found some shirts I wanted to try on, I had to wander around, looking for a salesclerk. Of course, there were none in sight. I finally tracked one down and got a fitting room. I was only allowed to take in 5 items. Thanks so much… Not.
I ended up getting a couple of shirts. The salesgirl asked if I tried their new cologne. I told her «No thanks, I have experienced it enough» I felt as though I were developing a migraine at that point!
While the shirts are fine, I was super annoyed to get them home and find that they reek like the store (*Surprise*!). No Thanks. Those babies are heading right back as a return. It’s disgusting.
A&F, you should turn down that cologne and get some staff who are actually friendly to the customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service by the manager Michael. We shopped at the store, received little help. Upon checkout they left an item out of our bag, as we were traveling, we could not make it back to the store. We requested via phone the item be shipped to us, they could not accomodate. Then we requested they credit our acct, could not do so as they need the card present. Absolutely terrible customer service by the manger again named Michael and rude. Have two young boys, but will never shop at A&F for them again.

They have cute stuff occasionally, but its all pretty basic and its way overpriced. I dont care too much for the staff here. THey are RUDE. all teenagers, staring at each other, wondering who looks good or not. You walk in and I feel like I’m back in high school.

This is store is awesome. They have all the preppish type of clothes you could want from regular tees to nice collared shirts. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. They also have all sizes in their clothes unlike some other stores
