These guys (namely Craig) did an awesome job on diagnosing my dead hard drive, replacing it and saving my data in record time and at a reasonable price. To find this degree of competency and service these days… wow! Can’t imagine finding anyone better than this.

They did an excellent job repairing my laptop. The work was done on time, within their budget estimate and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. While it was not «cheap» it was a good value. They demonstrated competency and integrity and that is critical for technology repairs.

Came in here to have our old laptop checked out. Instead of trying to get me to by a new one, they diagnosed the problem with my old laptop and then gave me a side-​by-​side $ comparison between fixing the old one and getting a replacement. Unfortunately, there was more problems with my original, so I opted to purchase a refurbished laptop through Technician X. They even pulled out my hard drive out of the old laptop and enclosed it as an external hard drive for a reasonable price. I know I could have gone to a big box for a brand new replacement, but I’m happy with the refurb and felt I was treated right.
