There is a woman who works at the front desk who is so rude and unhelpful. She makes me wish we had a second post office in this town so that I could actually receive assistance when I come in. She refused to check on a package that I didn’t receive though I had a tracking number. She will not assist customers. It’s insane — and she’s so hateful about it! I avoid this post office whenever I can. She is the reason the USPS has such a bad reputation.
