I had a cocktail dress cleaned here before a wedding — they shrank the silk chiffon, ruining the dress, and charged $ 15 for it! Alas, I did not notice what had happened until after I had left town so do not know what they might have done to compensate me for this loss. I would recommend care when having them clean delicate items.
