This place is TERRIBLE! They did not honor my Hotwire reservation and rented my room before I arrived late at night. The meth-​head who attends the front desk at night was rude and dismissive, totally un-​helpful in every way. I was forced to drive 3 hours back to Portland just so I could find a hotel with vacancy in the middle if the night. What a shitty business.

Wow total customer love experience!
Came here as a disabled veteran and had Marquita as our on site manager and wow seriously above and beyond! The places are nice kitchen suites with big taken care of beds, hot showers nice tvs and most importantly great people working there! Within seconds we had an extra bed and all amenities and needs met instantaneously and this was a busy day.

This place is awesome! We stayed here one night on our way from Eugene to Bend. The employee who we met in the office was extremely kind. The room was beautiful and updated. Location was convenient too. Definitely recommend this place!
I also know that there was soap, shampoo, conditioner, microwave, fridge, and flat screen in the rooms when we visited. Plus a bowl of fruit during breakfast too. There was a sign on their front desk mentioning new management, so I think things might have changed for the better compared to some of the earlier comments on Unilocal

This place has huge rooms with updated furnishings and nice patios too. Our double room had a nice living area with couch and coffee table. Also since they were completely vacant they gave us a deal-​$ 69 for two beds, two people, one night in mid February which is a STEAL for the room we got. Standard hotel continental «breakfast» but otherwise this place is great-​I recommend it.

Not impressed with this place one bit. The room was spacious and we had small patio with a couple of chairs, but those were the highlights. No soap or shampoo in the room, surly front desk employees and a miserly «breakfast»
of stale boxed donuts and instant oatmeal. I mean, geez, what would it cost to put out a bowl of apples? Definitely not good value for the money and we would not stay here again.

This motel was a great surprise! I was a bit leary about what it would be since it is no longer a comfort inn, but it was very clean and comfortable. The furnature is new and the bed was comfortable. This was a basic room but a good place to stay for the night. Free wifi and a fridge in the room as well.

It’s on the west end of town, past the Forest Service Ranger Station. Modern, clean, large rooms, free WIFI, a very spare (donuts/​packaged oatmeal, coffee/​tea/​cocoa/​juice) Continental breakfast, although muffins did show up after 9AM. We had a kitchenette. It was barely complete in terms of kitchen gear but they happily provided anything we asked for. You can walk to a Ray’s Market
Pretty basic, on the good side. I’d stay again.
