Happy Wok

Amazing food! Always fresh ingredients. My favorites are the cashew chicken, lemon chicken, and tempura vegetables! Take out is recommended as the inside is slightly small. Best Asian food I’ve ever had!

We were glad to find good Asian food after our move to Sisters. Food here is consistently very good and they are always very friendly. This has become our go to place when we want a delicious take out dinner. We have been getting Happy Wok meals at least every couple weeks and it has never disappointed us.

I love Happy Wok! The food never disappoints, and the portion sizes are enough to feec my hungry hubby! I love the Pad Thai. Very good customer service and never have to wait long.

I am truly trying to think of how many times we have gotten food from them…40? Consistently excellent and also happy to customize. He gets take-​out here all the time when I’m not around. We’ve treated our guests and recommended friends: all have been happy. The service is accommodating, kind and fast. The food is really good and we are picky. Everything has been tasty and we have not ever gotten a wrong order.

Eat here all the time. 2 favorites, but disagree completely with the raves about poor customer service. It’s a family business and they are very nice. I had one problem in several visits and they comp me my next entrée. Never, ever been sick–

the Food was horrible !! Me and my girlfriend went there and ordered two things, the com-​pow chicken and the sweet and sour chicken both with rice. It was so bad we threw it out after just a few bites. Even the rice was dry and nasty. and it was overpriced never going back huge letdown

Good take out, especially for small town Sisters. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We especially liked the red curry. Simple and spicy.

Try the mothers chicken! Great food and great prices:) have to love the Hawaiian sun drinks too!

I don’t think Chinese food. It’s Asian. The price is good!

The food is reasonably priced and pretty good. However, if there is any sort of an issue with your order, don’t expect anything positive to come from anyone who works there. We’ve eaten there multiple times. Every single time there is a problem with our food. At first we just thought they were working out quirks since they were a new business, but there is definitely a pattern! When you approach them with an issue, they want to push blame on another worker (this happens with more than one worker AND the owner) to avoid fixing it or even back on the customer. Forget expecting them to apologize, even at the least. According to their behavior, they don’t make mistakes.
The restaurant often runs out of key ingredients for their recipes. Everything is packed in to go containers, which is fine, but if you choose to eat in the restaurant, many times they don’t even have paper plates. When going with a group of more than 2 – 3 people, it gets a little weird to pass around the boxed food to share, without being able to dish up your own portions. The employees are also not properly trained to handle much more than taking orders and your money, let alone being able to answer questions about their food.
This restaurant has a lot of potential. Sisters needed a good asain food choice. However, the owners need a lot of educating in what they are serving, along with some customer service skills! People in general can be pretty understanding most of the time, but when you start treating them horribly, you can’t expect those customers to return.
