I purchased Hunter Douglas shades from Deschutes Blind & Shade for my entire house. I spent $ 2500 with them and now, when I have a problem with several of the shades falling down, Rick will not answer my phone calls. I have called at least 25 times leaving a voice message and written numerous emails, all to no avail. No return contact. I finally had to call Hunter Douglas directly, explain my predicament, and they are sending replacement parts. Do NOT bother with this company if you want good service.
