A-1 Siouxland Lock & Key

I’m reading other people’s remarks and am just astounded. First of all, the name of this place is Siouxland Lock and Key, NOT A-​1 Siouxland Lock and Key. They are a GREAT business! I have been a customer for 15 years, they they are always on time, professional, and pleasant! I would highly recommend them to anyone and always do! They are family owned and loyal to the community. Don’t be afraid to call, they are the best in town!
The other review is just stupid, blaming others for buying a cheap online key, and then wondering why they couldn’t get it to work. Blame the place you bought it from! These people never sold you it, and you’re lucky they gave a discount! I’m wondering if you even went to this place if you couldn’t even get their name right!

Don’t bother ordering your own key and bringing it to be programmed. I guess we apparently bought a Chinese imitation piece of garbage key and after it had been cut and supposedly programmed I laid down 38 bucks. Then since the programming didn’t work I had to have them use one of their keys. well it worked, but I had to lay down another 49 bucks for that! I tried bargaining with them and they only took 10 off to appease me. which I wasn’t ., this place just made me cranky and frustrated. although it wasn’t really their fault. If I look outside the box I guess they had good service and were friendly. I just won’t be recommending them to my friends.
