One of my favorite hobbies is hunting. I love it. But I hate butchering. And, it has been my experience, that most plants that process wild game are terribly expensive. Not Flowers. If you de-bone the meat yourself, they charge $ 1 per lb. Or, quarter it, fill up your cooler, and the price is $ 65 per. Either way, they do a wonderful job. They’ll make ground or sausage(link or patty, hot or mild), mix the fat in, and package it nicely. Very quick turn-around too. I’ll definitely be using their services again next season!
