Serenity Nails & Spa

I’ve been to Serenity several times but will never be going back. I paid $ 45 for a fill and French tips. The very next day my nails had little black spots in all of them. Never had this happen to me before. I went to Serenity to ask if they could be repainted since they were just done and I’d spent so much and the woman at the desk told me it would be $ 22. I expressed my concerns about having just had them done and she would absolutely not make it right. I am very disappointed with their customer service. I don’t expect anything for free but they should have fixed my nails. $ 45 is quite expensive for just a full and the polish job lasted a day. I do not recommend.

I just got my nails done here and the technician did an absolutely fantastic job! The salon is gorgeous and clean too, that’s important to me. I’ve been to a lot of places that say they will take care of you and never follow through, but Serenity actually does take care of you! Definitely coming back!

I had a very pleasurable experience while coming to this salon for a mani pedi. The nail tech was very sweet and did my nails perfectly. I’ve tried out a few salons in the area which left a lot to be desired but so far this one is the best. It’s decorated better than most salons in the area and prices are fair. They also offer a reward card for being a frequent customer. After 10 services they will give you $ 10 off of your total. Was very pleased with that and have never seen a salon offer something like that. Will definitely be returning to Christina on a regular basis.

First time I visited here the salon artists were not very friendly. Like I don’t expect conversation, but a smile is nice. The gal who did my feet had me put my tennis shoes on almost right away even though I was concerned they weren’t dry and she didn’t have me put my toes under the dryer — of course they smudged. She hurried me out the door to free up the chair. :(But the location was so convenient I decided to try john like the other Unilocal reviews recommended. I also tried to be extra friendly to the gals at the desk to give them the benefit of the doubt — I know sometimes you’re just having a hard day. Again, dead pan faces, no smiles or welcome just ‘sit there’. I love the fountain, chandelier and environment of the place — just bothers me how unfriendly the attendants are as a whole. Even though I made an appointment, I waited 15 min. But I was okay with that if it meant he was going to take his time and do a good job for each client! I got the spa pedicure for $ 25. The leg/​foot massage felt great! John was very friendly, helpful, and did a great job. The whole experience was so relaxing once he took over! His cuticle removal and paint job were per.fec.tion. I give the place a 3 and him a 5!

This is by far the best pedicure I’ve had so far. I got a Lavender Spa pedicure which was cheaper than most basic pedicures I’ve gotten at other places. The quality was phenomenal. This place is clean and beautiful. The employees are friendly. I will always make an appointment here when I’m passing through Greenville.

I went in for my 1^st time today. I was impressed by the place within itself as well as their service. My tech was April and she was very friendly and we laughed and talked with one another, so there was not this awkward silence as I have experienced at other salons. She did A great job and I’m very pleased. I will continue going there and will recommend them to others.

John was excellent

Absolutely traumatic experience. 30 min wait in front (not bad) but 45 min wait after my feet were in water. Terrible, unfriendly, rough technician finally came, started a rushed pedi then wandered off with no explanation. As for the drinks, I was told only people who get the lavender pedi are offered a drink. The menu card doesn’t say that and I was told after I ordered a different service. I didn’t even finish the pedi! Gave them a partial payment and walked out.

I always stick with John when I go. If he’s not available I make an appt with him. Walked in a few times and didn’t like other people to do my nails or pedi. They prefer tips as cash. Which makes me forget everytime I go.

If you’re looking for a GREAT nail salon… look no more!
For pedicures, they offer comfortable chairs complete with massage functions. About 7 choices for pedicures! My favorite is the Milk & Honey! The lotion smells fabulous!
Manicures given by professional technicians who are friendly and work fast (but good)!
If you go, be sure to ask for the reward card! After 10 visits you receive $ 10 dollars off!
Helen and Marilyn are my personal favorites but they are all very good!
I almost forgot, they also offer wine if you’d like a glass while being pampered!
