Frank & Co. Pizza Cafe

I love this pizza so much! Finally ate in and this place takes me back to high school in NY they have slices whole pies pasta dishes all the best sauces. Best friggin pizza Frank! I love it so much my husband is jealous!
Very cool quaint spot downtown lil Simpsonville next to the depot ice cream parlor. Worth a visit.
This pizza got me through relocation job changes and new application go lives all happening at once. Little slice of heaven deserves some big gratitude.

My family was craving pizza and we were on that side of town and what a find. This place is really good and their lunch specials are definitely worth it. The people were friendly and overall our experience was great.

I’m a Queens girl. With extra cheese and oregano its just like NYC I used to eat… will go back for more.

Our family went here around noon on a Saturday. Very friendly atmosphere and very friendly servers. We had a thin crust pepperoni pizza and a thin crust specialty pizza that had garlic, sausage and sun dried tomatoes. The pizza was very good. The sun dried tomatoes were excellent and the sausage was very good too. The only somewhat negatives were that the cost was higher than I anticipated for a family pizzeria and I really could not taste the garlic on the specialty pizza. All in all a very pleasant experience, we will return.

Nice friendly people, good ambiance, nice selections quick service, but the best part was the lunch special 2 huge slices of pizza, and a drink 5.99 pizza was nice and thin, but not dry, great tasting cheese, nice toppings, very generous portions of toppings, very New York Style. cant go wrong here.

Ordered a Meatza– it’s good, but after looking at the other reviews– I agree. Not enough cheese but toppings are good. Had mine cooked crispy as others suggested. The menu is a challenge as someone failed to proof read it before printing. That’s kind of a tell IMO. They need some work but have the basis for a good pie but lack the finish

Gets better and better as they get settled in… Whenever I finish eating here I’m sad it’s over and I wish I was just starting…

I almost hate to give this place a bad review, because the employees were so friendly & nice. The reviews on Facebook were great — mostly 5 stars — and my husband LOVES NY style pizza, so we were really looking forward to this meal. The woman at the counter greeted us with a huge smile & was very friendly, and they brought my 1 year old’s food out before ours so she could begin eating. Finally the pizza came out & my husband and I each reached for a slice. When we did so, all of the toppings — cheese and all — slid off and fell into a huge glob on the tray. We scooped them back on the dough as best we could. The pizza itself was chewy and doughy like it hadn’t been cooked long enough. We ate it because we were hungry, but it was pretty gross. Normally we would have sent it back, but our daughter was getting antsy & we just didn’t want to wait. My husband grimaced throughout the entire meal. When we left he said, «That wasn’t pizza. That was slop.» I hate to be so harsh, but he was right. It just wasn’t good. We sat at the table in the back under the TV. One of the kitchen employees spent a good part of the meal standing right beside us so he could watch whatever game was on TV. That might not be a big deal to some people, but I’m not a fan of people hovering over me while I’m eating. Based on the reviews, maybe we just had bad luck. But it was bad enough that we probably won’t go back.

Had a large pepperoni pie and it was pretty close to real Brooklyn pie. Cheese was not quite as sharp as they use in the city, but pretty close ! The Antipasto salad we had was very fresh and delicious with house Italian ! They gave us a free garlic knot order to try out which was yummy and the dipping marinara was unbelievably tasty ! The large pizza is not as large as the slice pies on the counter so don’t think it will be huge like what is on the counter, but it is decent size for the money. The place is clean and staff is all in and very attentive ! Want to go back and try the Eggplant Parm and some pasta dishes ! Thanks Frank !

Their margherita pizza is perfect! I’m so glad that an authentic NYC pizza place has opened up in Simpsonville! My kids loved their slices of pepperoni, too. Very big slices.
I was so excited about the pizza, I went back and tried a pasta dish. While good, I think I will stick to pizza here and head down the road to Pasta House for pasta.

Tried for first time last night. The place was jumping. Ordered Frank’s work pizza & tomato pesto white pizza. The crust was good, probably will order well done for extra crisp next time. Only constructive comment would be to increase quantity of ingredients on the pizza. They were tasty and fresh, just could have used a bit more. The sauce was very good and balanced, not over powering so it all worked well together. Good luck and welcome!

Have visited twice — once for dine in and once for take out — great both times.

Great new pizza place in downtown Simpsonville. Had the NY pizza which was both authentic and delicious!
