After going back in to the store several times since my initial review, I’ve determined that the employees are honest, and must have had an issue with their POS system on that day. Every time I go in now, prices are exactly what they are stated to be on the shelf, and the prices are good! Great selection too. Thanks Guys!

I had a major issue with another hydro store and a product. I took the product to WE grow and spoke with Daniel and Paul. They said even though they don’t sell the product I was trying to return, they went out of their way to research and see if they could get credit from the vendor so they could take it back. One of the two items they were able to help me with. This is what they call bending over backwards for your customer. This is why I will continue to shop here even if it is further away from me now. Check them out!

Arrived at 10:58 on Saturday morning. Staff associate pulls in at 11am. We say good morning to him and his response is he will need a couple minutes. So we wait a few minutes meanwhile another customer pops in so we head inside as well. At no point were we spoken to by staff member. Though they did carry the items we were looking for the sales associate at this location was very uninterested in my business or anyone else, s from what i could see. Will not spend my money here.

Great Place for hydroponics. Started my first farm in my office. Purchased pump, food, baskets, and clay pellets from WGH. They were very helpful in getting me the right food after I explained my project. Plants are growing 4 inches per week. I’m in the 7th week and already have bud producing tomatos, bell peppers, and Jalapenos. I am also growing chives and have taken two harvests of those. Prices for what I purchased were completely reasonable and matched closely Internet pricing with exception that they were readily available with no wait.
Check pictures of the crop on this page. Total cost of hydroponic set up just under $ 50 with the majority of the cost being the food and $ 20 pump. All other items used from existing stuff around the house.

If you didn’t go to the 4 year anniversary event today, you missed out. I needed to get a few things and today everything was 40% off. That was awesome for my bank account. In the back they had vendors set up. I learned a lot more today on some of the products i already have and insight new ones that i will try. Freebies (product, hats, t-​shirts, dirt pots) and information was handed out by the vendors. It that wasn’t awesome enough, they had a free taco lunch. Free stuff, discounts, awesome lunch and nice people, Simi valley is lucky to have you!

Great selection of products and the guy named John is very knowledgeable. Almost always have what I need in stock and when they don’t, they order it quickly.
On a side note, go to Green Acres for a tri tip sammich which is a block down the street, just follow the smell of the oak pit bbq for the cure for your munchies.

I have been shopping at We Grow since the day they opened. John is wonderful with full knowledge and understanding of the products and systems. He has help me with every question I have. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable always eager to please. I highly recommend this establisment to everyone!
