Once again, went into Vons and bought strawberries that’s cost me 5 dollars, I thought they looked ok so I went through and bought them. When I was preparing them, completely different story, moldy strawberries were hidden in the middle. I am utterly disgusted. Check your goddamn produce Vons, it’s not worth my time and money to buy moldy produce. Thanks.

Meh. Walked in to get a sub from the bakery. Stood there looking at the menu for a few minutes, nobody around. Decided to walk around to look at the salads and stuff and finally a woman comes out to ask me if I need help. I said yes, I’d like a sub. Shes like«well the sandwiches are over here not over there» in a voice that was somewhat rude. I responded, I’m aware of that but I stood there for a few minutes and nobody was around. She goes on complaining she is running around doing everything. Anyways. On the the sub. She grabs a sub roll out of a trash bag behind the counter full of all kinds of bread. Kinda sketchy looking and my suspicions were right. Got home and the bread is at least 2 days old. So stale and dry it is not even edible. I pulled off all the meat and veggies(minus the tomatoes which were clearly cut a few days ago) and put it in bread I had at home. I went here because Von’s use to have great sandwiches. I’ll stick to the subway next door where I can get a better sub for $ 6 instead of $ 9.

I’d like to give a shout out to the awesome store supervisor at the Vons on Yosemite &LA Ave. I went on my lunch break today hoping to find candied cherries for some cookies I’m making. Not only did she help me look in the store, she called Pavillions & had them hold some for me when we couldn’t find any. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but Thank you! The store is always clean & has everything I need. This incident just topped it off with awesome service!

What bakery. There is never enough product on the shelf to call this place a bakery. When brought to the attention of management, they just give the same excuse that they are out of product. No product = No sales. I’ll go to Ralphs. Bye Bye.
