U.S. Bank

The location is located inside the Vons and also the Starbucks that I frequent, with that said I was greeted right away as I approached the employee stopped what he was doing and assisted me in my banking questions and answered all my questions.
Being with another well known band for 20 plus years I wanted to change banks. Sometimes change is hard.
This employee Julius Berberabe made the transaction smooth and very easy to do. Assisted me with the online-​banking and was issued a temporary visa card along with some temporary checks.
The one that stood out was his patience and most of all his knowledge of different services that they provide. He did ask me if I served in the military and I said no, because are military all the fees are waived, I said my son is, sorry it only applies to current military or veterans.
It’s great to see that this bank offers this. I sure other financial services also offer this. Great Job.

the employee at this bank are amazing; they go out of their way to help. i have been banking for 45 forty five years never came such across dedicated people like that. majority of banks has turn over of employees. every time i go by they brighten my day. thank you all sam bitar

After 25 years bopping around banks I have landed at the perfect bank. US Bank as a whole I know nothing about, but this branch is incredible. Tommy, Tanya and the manager Derrick are absolutely amazing. They are very helpful, they handle my needs over the phone, or in person. What a relief to have bankers who genuinely care about me and my company.
