Excellent service! I came in with my sunglasses broken and 4 days past my year warranty and they still replaced them! I also got a new case to replace my old one as my puppy thought it was a chew toy.

I haven’t been back out on the coast for very long and I’d forgotten just how brutal the sun can be! I ventured into Sunglass Hut at the Simi Town Center and had a great time with a sales associate, Samantha, who was able to find a pair of Oakleys that fit me and introduce me to my new favorite brand, Persol! I was impressed that I received a new, unworn pair of Half Jackets and the genuine Oakley BOX(which are always thrown away as I have learned at other stores. This is why I usually buy online) when I bought my shades. Sadly, the mall around here seems to be on its way out, but stores like this will keep me coming back!

Terrible customer service. Katie P Espinosa it a terrible Manager. Instead of assisting me with my exchange she put a trainee who was also trying to help other customers in between. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Katie was dismissive and not helpful or sympathetic at all to the inconvenice that was being imposed on me as a customer. Instead I was given a customer service number to call(and believe me I will). The sales person helping me by the way, was sweet, but had a terrible cold and kept blowing her nose and coughing spreading her germs while Katie the«manager» hung back and restocked glasses.
