I have had nothing but great customer service from this store in particular Mike in Sash & Door who ordered me two special doors which came in faster than quoted. The price of the doors was lower than Home Depot who recommended I try here. Good experience all around!

After being a Ventura County resident of almost 30 years I can remember this spot as always being a great place to buy building supplies. Not anymore. More than being over priced in almost everything, they also don’t seem to feel that customer service is very important anymore as well. After receiving a custom piece of lumber cut by them, I found out the lumber was ridiculously warped and cut wrong, right before installation. I returned to the store hoping for a quick fix and an apology at the least. The front dest personnel take their title very literally and rarely leave the their desks and just direct costumers from their chairs… Needless to say my issue was not a quick fix and I am still waiting on a phone call for the new piece to be completed. This will be my last resort building supplier from now on.
