The review is for their back office billing group. They were dispatched to our house via the home warranty company and the guy that came by was very professional and did a quick and OK job. the issue is with their billing practice — when the tech left the house he asked for credit card information so they run the deductible charges of $ 65 but few days later i see that they charged my card for the full amount of ~250. I called twice and left a voice mail yet no one called back; I called the home warranty company and they confirmed it had to be a mistake as they got charged for the same amount as well and yet five days later and still no resolution. I always worry that there is much more to these «mis-​understanding». what I find frustrating is the lack of responsiveness after the fact

I’ve used them a couple times and have always been seriously impressed with their service and company. Spa was fixed quickly and a very reasonable price. Sandy the owner is a great guy and puts his all into his company. Thanks guys!

Sandy at Southcoast Pool is a very honest pool guy. I used them to remodel my pool, changed to a saltwater system and replace all the equipment. The plaster had problems and he was very responsive, he went so far as to have all the plaster stripped and replace so the problem did not return. I still use the company for weekly service, they show up on the day they are suppose to and are very conscientious about making sure the pool gate is closed when they leave. I constantly recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

I got them thru my home warranty company and they were great. the lady in the office is super friendly and does a good job. the guy w ho came had to come 2 times, waiting for ordered parts, but too very nice, knew the issue with the pump and my pool is sparkling! thank you for your service! I definitely recommend you guys!

This company is fucking shady as fuck. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT Use this pool service. You will be told one thing about how much your service is and then without knowing they will up-​charge on other things you didn’t even allow or even was mentioned. I went on $ 75.00 and then the next couple days was invoiced $ 288. What the fuck!??
