Simi Valley Job And Career Center

I have used the Career & Job Center in Simi Valley once before when I was unemployed back in 2009. I found the staff helpful but still just mandated to go through the motions, but still respectable towards me.
This time round I was required to attend a meeting with an account executive from the WIA (Workforce Investment Act). I personally have never met a more conceded self-​centered BI-​ATCH in my life! She asked me questions that were personal and in appreciate! Out of the blue she asked me if I had high blood pressure! WTF? This woman was incredibly abrupt, rude and her behavior unwarranted! At one point she pretty much told me to get outside and get more exercise! I couldn’t believe the friggin’ rudeness of this person who represents the tax payers! Good thing I was smart enough to record our conversation, because I’m still deciding if legal action is warranted!
I personally don’t understand how people such as this woman get into such positions! She was pretentious and presumed to know my circumstances! This woman hasn’t a clue what I’ve been through over the past year and SHOULD NOT be in such a position within the WIA program!
