Simi Valley Appliance Repair

The service was great. My washer wasn’t spinning or agitating. Alex came over and just looked at it and knew what was wrong. 10 min fix. Satisfied. High fives everybody!

Update: After this posting, the Manager called me to apologize. He seemed very sincere, agreed that we did not have to pay for the service call, and said he would not be using that technician again. We did have to get a second opinion. The Simi Valley Appliance Repair technician quoted us at $ 800 for the repair. The second opinion told us the repair would only be $ 350. Overall still a bad experience.

I had a great experience with Simi Valley Appliance Repair. They fixed my dryer that was working Ok but was clogged with lots of lint and sand.

Horrible, don’t even bother calling these guys. First of all, I called this (805) number and somebody else showed up from Granada Hills appliance repair shop.
The guy changed the starter of my refrigerator and gave me 30 days warranty. 13 days later fridge failed again. I called them and they said they would send the technician. Nobody showed up. I waited three days, no one came or called. I called them again and tried to explain, the guy asked me to provide the invoice number. I called them again after 10 minutes with invoice number, nobody answered, even worse, every call I tried to attempt was cut off, someone was just seeing my number on caller id and hanging up. I searched online for the part and found out that the part was 14.95 worth. I was charged 203.99 including 25.00 (so called) labor after the Unilocal coupon. What a rip off. I searched the internet and found out different websites pretending to service different areas with the same (888) 743‑9222 number.
Total rip-​off. I am going to dispute the credit card charge and write a letter to Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Electronic Appliance Repair.
It is a refrigerator, not a washer machine, and in this Los Angeles hot weather, I had to throw lot of food and treated unfairly.

My dryer wasn’t getting hot or shutting off. Found out that we had a birds nest in our outside vent that burnt the coils
out. Called them and they came right out. Did a great job!

Yay! They fixed my dryer leak and I got to finish my laundry. It was leaking so I called them and they fixed it right of way, no complaints on my behalf. Awesome company and great Techs!
