I’ve been going to this location for 10 years and I might say the owner is very nice and quite. Competitive pricing, quality work, friendly not to mention their just minutes from my house. I would recommend QC to everyone.

We were planning on making this our new Dry Cleaners. My wife had been going to a different place near her parents house for many years, and it’s just too far away, and this place is right around the corner and has a few good reviews on here. Meanwhile, we had a bunch of stuff to have cleaned in addition to a suit and a dress needing to be cleaned before a wedding next weekend. So it’s Saturday morning, and I head down there, grab by stuff, and walk up to the building. I glance down at the business hours posted on the glass. M-F, 8 – 5, Saturday 8 – 5, Sunday closed. A slight annoyance as I recall a pet peeve of mine: businesses geared towards profressionals that think it’s ok to be closed on Sunday. Um, yeah, idiot, have you considered that most of the time you’re «open» is when your customers are at work?! Ok, whatever, it’s Saturday at 11am, so we’re cool for now. And I can’t blame this place in particular, because _most_places are like that, whether I like it or not. OK. Back to reality. I attempt to make my entry. A firm pull on the door indicates it’s locked. Crap. Is it Sunday?! No, no definitely Saturday. What the hell is going on here? I look around. A guy is walking past wondering why I’m cursing to myself. I look closer at the hours. Yes, they’re open Saturday. Not crazy. Then I see it. Marker on an 8 ½×11 paper: «We will be closed on Saturday August 2nd. Thank you for your patronage.» Are. You. %?!#*#$@#@. Kidding. Me. OK. They’re mom and pop business owners. I get it. But I can’t just be driving back from downtown LA during the week to give them my business. And a hand written note on the door thanking me for the patronage I won’t be giving them anymore just doesn’t cut it. So, either they don’t need my business(congratulations on your success), or they don’t want it, or they have no clue how to run a successful business. Whatever it is, I’m done. Worst. First. Impression. Ever.

Another local service location I’ve been going to for years and years. I’ve watched the kids grow up and go to college which is impossible because I’m not getting any older! Consistent and quality service, always remembered by name. Prices are competitive, service is friendly and personal. Support local family-owned places, that’s my mantra!

i’ve been doing business with my man here for a little under a decade. i dont think you’ll find a better business you can depend on. QC’s is on east Simi and i live on west Simi if that tells you anything cost is same as everywhere else. dependability is where they’re different go here
