I love my pink and whites by Tina! They last 3 weeks and look great. This place rocks they are fast affordable and super nice.

Love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and nice! The best part is there is always someone available. I never know when I’ll get off work so I usually walk in. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes they always do a great job.

Worst mani/​pedi I ever had! Super rough and it sounded like a dance club in there. Never going back. Cut my husbands toe and he didn’t receive any apology. #neveragain

I have a FUNGUS and infection from this place. It’s this place, no where else.
I moved to the area months ago.
This is the FIRST TIME I’VE EVER GOTTEN FUNGUS and infections on my nails.
It’s disgusting.
They were nice, which is why I started going, but after like 5 times, I have to go to the Doctor .
My nails are horribly infected and look really ugly.
I never see them open new packages nor disinfect.
Also, the sign outside has not been taken down, it has the wrong pricing on it.

I have been looking for a new nail salon for well over a year and have been to every place in Simi Valley but have always left upset but then I found professio Nail. Everyone there is so nice welcoming and friendly. Tina does an amazing job with my nails. I can go in and not have to worry about them being crooked or uneven they always come out perfect. Tammy has AMAZING designs that she comes with I mean they are incredible. I have finally found my nail salon.

There were 4 of us for a mani-​pedi and, even though they were busy, they got us in and did a great job. It was a «girlie treat» and my niece got her very first mani-​pedi. They were gentle and she loved it! Thank you, Jimmy, and all the people at ProfessioNail.

Watch out for this place. I like them because they have so many gel options and they do great designs but the owner Is a horrible person. They have a huge sign posted outside saying that pink and white set is 22 reg 27. Yet he charged my card 30. I said your sign says 22. He said that is an old sign. So take it down o said. Real simple… u think he would have honored it but no didn’t even mention it or say sorry. horrible customer service. Was going to take my husband there for 2 pedicures today but they have lost my business for good. What a shame.

I’m glad I found this place! The salon was nice and clean and the technicians were very friendly and did great work. I was surprised at their reasonable prices, and the great work they did. It’s been more than a week and my mani/​pedi still looks great!

Jimmy the manager was awesome! First time at this salon and I was given the best customer service! Jimmy gave my a hand massage and a welcome discount! He was very friendly and actually asked me my name which no one at salons ever do unless you are a regular! Jimmy was very helpful and knowledgable about his salon, he took his time although he was very busy at the moment and was very precise. My nails turned out the best I’ve ever had and I have gone to several different nail salons in Simi. I definitely recommend this salon and ask for jimmy!

I love this place! Clean, professional, and very friendly! Everyone there makes you feel so at home. I love the pedicures — the waxing is also done very well. I love it. I am really happy to have found this place (on Unilocal), and will continue getting my nails, and waxes done here.

The quality is what I look for rather than prices, you want clean quality nails someone who enjoys doing your nails. I’ve been their several times over than last 14 yrs they have been open and they have improved! I got eyebrow wax full set and pedi combo #2 ! It’s worth the price ! I look great! Thanks Tina! They also stayed after hours for my party, in occasion of my birthday talk about customer service!!!

Best pedi I have had in Simi. All you complainers about the up sell need to realize that’s the business. Learn to say «no thank you». They did ask me to do more and I politely declined. That was that. My nails were cleaned, trimmed and polished beautiful. I would recommend if you do not have an attitude.

The girls can do a fantastic job, when they WANT to. They are pushy, pushy, pushy! I work in sales, but still respect my customers when they say no! They push you to choose the more expensive packages, get a gel
Manicure while you just asked for a pedicure (one time the male owner told me I needed a gel manicure FOUR TIMES within the first 15 minutes!), and when you say no they scoff at you and do a crappy job. Finally I said something to the owner after the last time. She shushed me, hoping other customers wouldn’t hear and told me she would tell the woman who did my nails. Sure. I don’t believe you. Then decided to still charge me full price after I kept telling her how disappointed I was. I should’ve walked out, but instead I will never go back here and will warn EVERYONE. Don’t these salons know there are literally tens of salons they have to compete with in the area? Learn some customer service and manners.

Friendly staff, great gel manicures that last and prompt appointment times. Tami, Mary, and Tracy are great. I highly recommend an appointment or you will wait up to an hour. I learned my lesson and only go by appointment. I can always get a same day appointment and they are open 6 days a week (closed Mondays). The salon is clean and bright. Both my daughter and I enjoy going there for manis and pedis.

I have been coming here for years because I loved the unique designs they would do or attempt and the friendly attitude upon entrance. I put up with the annoying pushes to upgrade to another level of pedicure or to add a design. But today they pushed the limit and forced me to make a Unilocal account. For my past few years I have been recommending them and always paid the $ 5 for the design but today they decided to charge me extra without telling me and refused to understand what I was saying or honor the past. I am no longer a loyal customer and will not be back because of the negative attitudes for a design, that while a valiant attempt fell quite short of impressive, the inappropriate ways to handle customer service, and the final straw of annoyance in pushing. Farewell.

I am fairly happy with the job they did. The 15 minute massage was great. They did charge me $ 5 for the flower on my toes, and she never even asked me if I wanted it. I would have stopped her but I figured since I got the most expensive package, maybe I was included. She also tried to up sell to gel manicure which I took. I spent a lot more than I had intended to when I walked in the door. I will probably return for my next mani-​pedi and just remember to be much more firm as to what I want and don’t want.

Great place & very nice service, Lisa does my gel french tip always come out beautiful, and when Lisa not available the other staff very welcoming and do a beautiful job as well, very nice place and only place I go to for now on.

This place is great. Mary is the best in the west… period. She does a brilliant job every time. Call and ask for an appt. If you just walk in you won’t get her. Been going to her for 5 years! Moved to Westlake and won’t think twice about going elsewhere.
BTW — don’t worry about the upsell, if you dont ask you dont get… right. It’s super easy to say NO if you don’t want something and they’re not going to make you feel bad. They’re good to customers so go in with a repeat customer attitude and you wont regret it

Unfortunately, this place was disappointing. I’ve gone there twice only because it is close to work. I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the people there were very nice.
I went in during my lunch hour to get a spa mani/​pedi. Tina worked on my mani. I asked for just a file and she kept filing my skin — that was not too painful, but very irritating to me and my skin. An older gentleman worked on my pedi. He accidentally cut a part of my skin off and THAT was painful. The towel he placed on my legs were too hot. He scrubbed my legs super hard, it felt like my skin was coming off. Actually, it did rub off. He happily asked me to lean forward and showed me all the dead skin that he rubbed off. But my legs were red and irritated by the time I left.
It was just about an hour and I headed back to the office. I noticed that my nail polish was starting to bubble. I didn’t have time to go back and have it fixed, so I just dealt with it. By the next day the polish was starting to chip away. And two days later every nail had chipping polish just from regular hand washing. I paid $ 50 (tip included) for this service. I was very disappointed, as I’ve paid less at other places and received great service and results. I’m not going back to ProfessioNail.

I have tried this salon a few times, and have decided their are better salons for the same price nearby.
I feel like I am being pestered by a used car salesman the entire time I am there, and if you refuse the up-​sell, they rush through the mani/​pedi service you came in for. I also had to call them on the price 2 of the 4 times I went there (i.e. one price on the wall or when they spoke with me about it before hand, and another price when they asked for the cash). In fairness, when I called them on the price, they immediately conceeded to the «original» price.
