Keith Morgan – Property Inspection Consultants

I’m giving Keith Morgan five stars because I think the guy who reviewed him before me is an idiot. So, let me get this straight you didn’t pay him any money to actually do the inspection, but yet you’re giving him one star because you weren’t satisfied with his work? That’s like going to a restaurant and feeling like the food is too expensive, so you leave without eating it and then give it a bad review based on the food. Then he states it may be a different name, so I was thinking maybe it’s the other Keith who also does inspections? Anyway I’m giving Keith five stars because I’ve used him for the last eight years and I’ve personally never had a problem. I obtained his number from someone who’s been in the real estate industry for over 40 years and literally wrote a book on real estate. So that’s where my assessment comes from. I rarely ever write reviews, but I recently referred Keith to a friend of mine and they decided not to use him because of this one review. So even though I don’t write many Unilocal reviews I decided this one was necessary. Good luck!

Terrible. I WOULD STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! Keith just wants your money and not do any work. Luckily we found out before we paid him any money. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!
I think he was under another name as well. If I come across it again I will update this review.
