After having a few carpet cleaners at my rental property and not satisfied with quality of work or price, I decided to turn to Unilocal for help. Although there were only a few reviews for Healthy Clean, they appeared to be genuine reviews unlike some of the others (I don’t think somebody Unilocaling about their carpets cleaned in Bakersfield by a Simi Valley company is believable). Not only did Richard offer a competitive price, he was prompt and professional and did an incredible job on the carpets — they weren’t wet and soggy. Best of all, there was no surprise when the bill was presented to me, it was exactly what he said it would be and he even worked on a troubled area and it looks great. He’s definitely on my list of keepers and will recommend to everyone who’s looking for a carpet cleaner.
