This place is great except that it is a bit expensive. I’m a hungry guy so it’s a bit tough eating here unless you order wings. I think they are a pretty good deal.

My husband and I met a friend here for dinner, and I like BWW, and this was our third time at the Simi Valley one, however I wasn’t at all pleased with the service, or as my husband said, «This is the worst service!» We were seated right away, but after 20 minutes our waiter still hadn’t gotten our dink orders, we had to request a waiter twice before someone finally came, and to top it off our waiter brought me the wrong drink. Despite The service our food was good.

Food is always good. Service okay. Takeout amazing. Went in with my friend to eat tonight around 8 and the wait was about 25 min wait i just had a question about large party orders so I stopped this short girl who seemed to be the manager and I think her name was Nicole and she put«her hand up to my face very sassy like and said I’m sorry I’m dealing with something I’ll be right back.» And I was taken back but it was busy i work at a restaurant so I understand but that wasn’t cool to be a manager. And she was yelling at the host and she was clapping in her face so that was different and given i know the workplace that doesn’t make bww look good or professional. Other than that food is always good. Love the fried pickles :)

The first time I came here was during their opening week. The service was awful but I figured the place was new and so was everyone working there. We had 3 servers and a manager approach our table with the same beer, which we didn’t order, several times over the course of about 20 minutes. I still feel sorry for whoever ordered their warm, stale, overly-handled beer. I almost hope they never got it so they didn’t feel obliged to pay for it. I learned on that occasion that the food is a bad joke. I love wings, and if even argue that I’m hard to disappoint, but why is it that places that«are famous for their wings» can’t manage to make good ones? The food feels like a fast food commercial bait-and-switch. The ultimate nachos looked great and when they got to the table, there was no sour cream, actual cheese or pico de gallo on them. Take that away and you’ve got 7 – 11 nachos. The wings are great if you’re into the ‘fried then frozen then rolled in high fructose corn syrup and packaged dry seasoning’ taste. If they were much, much cheaper I’d have been okay with it. Or if I’d ordered the wings without the expectation that they’d be good. I don’t pretend to be a good snob. All this not to mention that the mountain of cake comes with a thimble of ice cream.(I have a friend who is very serious about the Ratio). Fast forward a couple months. I’m walking the mall with my kids and husband, someone has to go potty, so I think«cool, we’ll give it another shot. I could really go for some garlic fries.» Spoiler alert: they don’t sell garlic fries. My husband and one kid went in a few minutes ahead and the lovely hostesses watched me struggle with the two sets of doors and stroller. They apparently hate customers and eye contact because they did not communicate ATALL why they were making me wait while they stood there or how long they would stand there with menus in hand. We were seated in the apparent kiddie section, which is fine as we had small kids and I understand that kids and people who bring kids should be separated from the people who came to drink and watch sports. What was NOT fine is that they seated another family with kids in the completely empty(other than my table) area, at the table right next to ours. I can’t explain the setup in a way that makes sense, but the family had to pull the table against a partial wall so that two people could actually FIT back to back. Again, we were in a small area, surrounded by empty tables that weren’t squished between a claw machine and a partial wall. So, no garlic fries. The server suggests we order fries and add a dry seasoning for free. Not only do none of the dry seasonings even approach any part of the«garlic fry» flavor profile– none of them even sound good on fries. So we put in an order for some spicy garlic sauce to dip the fries in. The server does NONE of the things a good server would do(like offering suggestions when we were trying to make a snap judgement what to get for two kids when there’s no kids menu or offering to drop off the check the first two times we say we don’t want to order anything more and all our plates are empty). We asked a question about the menu item and his initial response was basically that they arrive frozen preseasoned. So I guess I’ll check the freezer aisle at the grocery store to find the answer to my question. The chili queso wasn’t good– deconstructed 7 – 11 chili cheese nachos. I expected it, so it was okay. The spicy garlic sauce was okay– not great, and definitely not a substitute for garlic fries. I have no reason to ever go back, and I will avoid subjecting myself to the dining experience they provide. It sucked while drinking with friends, it sucked with family… Maybe it’s for dudes who want to seem more masculine– eat wings, drink beer, watch sports, hope that a pretty lady sees how much you’re overspending while doing it… And also have no taste buds??? Or who really love 7 – 11 food but you can’t drink there. In any case, I’m severely disappointed that I can’t find decent wings close to home. 1.09 stars out of 10

Months ago, me and my coworkers stumbled in here for lunch on what happened to be opening week. It was busy, and you can tell everyone was still trying to get into the groove. Long story short, drinks barely came out and we had to ask for our food to-go because our lunch break was over. Fast forward to today — thinking they’ve got their act together since grand opening and operations are now smooth, we head back. Not terribly busy, only 6 people at the bar, so me and my coworkers sat at the bar, ordered off their«lunch special» menu in hopes of quick service. dead wrong. food came out slow and served cold… scarfed our food down and jetted back to work. Wingstop always says«14 minutes» til they’re ready … why does it take over half an hour for BWW? Something needs to change about operations — every other BWW i have been to are timely.

There was one lady working in a blue work shirt and she was grate i hate myself 4 not getting her name but aside from her the wings were complete trash. All of the bbq flavors taste like old men. Our waiter came once at the end to give us the check didnt even refill our drinks once. It was a wednesday night and the employees were all chatting not helping the very few people there. Oh ya there was also hair found in the blue cheese. Big ups wild wings. Bad customer service and bad wings i will never go back. P. s. u were the worlds worst waiter u only got a tip because our friend is 2 nice

To whom it may concern, When you add things such at EDTA to your foods to protect flavor there should be a warning. There are a few of us out here sensitive and/or allergic these additives that preserve both flavor and freshness. I had to come home and pull your product allergen list to figure out what had set my system into an uproar and set off an allergy attack. I found out some of your wing sauces have the EDTA in them, and I had had the wings, of course, which were extremely dried out, my husband concurred this when he tried them. :-( Hubby’s chicken sandwich was okay, after a remake. He had hears many good things about your establishment, so wanted to give it a try. :-O The servers and staff were very friendly, however I would suggest more knowledge of the IPA’s and draft beers you have on hand daily. When I asked our server for the Union Jack IPA, she said she did not think you had it; I asked her to double check with the bartender, to make sure and you did have it. One of my favorites, when I decide to have a cold brew. :-) I would give this Bar & Grill a 2STAR rating, one for the friendliness of the greeting staff and one for the cleanliness of the restaurant… I believe you have something here, please don’t let it go down, like so many in Simi. Fresh foods are always best, when possible. We do not drive to Simi often, but occasionally we will to try a new restaurant or visit a favorite. :-) Best, Dolly

I am a shameless BWW fan. I think the atmosphere is always fun, and really it’s one of the few places that I like to get wings. Mostly because of their sauces actually, that’s what really keeps me coming back. It is hard to start a business in Simi, let alone a restaurant, let alone in a dying area of town that is trying to be revived. BWW might have just done the trick tho because so far this place continues to be packed which is hopeful. The staff here is a little bit… slower…than at other locations, but maybe that’s because they haven’t gotten in a ton of reps yet on the floor. It’s hard to complain about much else, I come in for wings and cheep appetizers and leave happy. It’s great to have another late night option in town to hang out, because sometimes Los Tacos or Dennys just doesn’t cut it.

I’m not a fan of the food at BWW’s. It’s average, at best. Meanwhile, this is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to and in the last decade we’ve been to more than 50 in the US while traveling to sporting events(it’s the only place open late oftentimes). This Simi location should be a model for the rest of the country. It’s clean, service is better than average and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the TV selection rivals Toppers, this BWW remains one of the better places in Simi to watch a sporting event, yet the food straddles the average to below average line, more so on the lower end. If you’ve had hand breaded, fresh wings before, it’s obvious the ones served here are of low quality. They taste like they came frozen and were dusted in rub and sauce on site, as do the burgers and chicken. Nothing is homemade, sadly. However, if BWW and Hooters are your two favorite places to drink beer and watch sports you wouldn’t know the difference, anyway. Meanwhile, if you’re coming to watch games, drink and hang out with friends and food isn’t the focus you’ll put this massive chain on your must-visit frequently list. No one will argue that there’s few better places to watch multiple games at once, as long as food isn’t your main focus. If it is — go somewhere else for dinner and come here to drink.

Service is very friendly at this location! Came here kind of late & had to wait a little bit. They had thought a large party was coming but they never showed so they apologized & quickly sat us. Because it wasn’t crowded our server was attentive & always made sure we had what we needed. I don’t know how this place is when it’s packed but I know when bww is busy service can be slow. My only complaint is that everything came out all at once including the appetizers & that a few of my wings were cold in the middle. Other than that flavor was good & I would come back to this location again !

This new location in Simi Valley is incredibly popular so if you’re looking for a quick bite I’d double check the wait times. The facility, located near the new luxury movie theater in Town Center Mall, is brand new, modern and clean. Giant TV’s encircle the entire restaurant so you won’t ever miss a game. My only complaint is the size of the restrooms. 2 stalls and 1 urinal for the men’s room. Not nearly enough for busy game days when the beer is flowing. The service was OK, but just OK. Our waiter seemed annoyed that he was at work. The manager, however, was super nice and kept stopping by to see if we needed anything. The food is your typical BWW selection. Fantastic wings! I chose«Hot» but should have gone«Medium.»(And I’m usually a fan of very hot food. Yes, the temperatures run on the hot side.) We also got nachos which were OK but nothing special, as was the wrap. FYI for parents: my son did not like the Mac’n’Cheese so I’d probably avoid that. Overall, if you’re looking for some great wings and cold beer, this is a place for you. Just be prepared to wait for a table and wait at the restroom. 4 stars!

I had their street tacos, 3 for $ 4.00.This was their happy hour price. The tacos had a good taste, kinda small. If your into finger foods, beer and a loud atmosphere, this place would be for you. TV’s everywhere. It doesn’t matter where you sit, you’ll be able to see your game. Not sure why they fill the necessity to charge your for your ranch dressing to go along with your wings. I mean really,$.60 per 2oz container. Its like ordering a plate of pasta with no sauce, additional charge for sauce. However we as customers continue to pay for it. This is there concept to charge you for sauces to complete their basic finger food experience.Hmmmm.

Wings are up to par of other buffalo wild wings but the other foods don’t live up to the pictures or other restaurants. Service was okay. We came in with three other couples and had to wait two hours… But that was to be expected with a new wild wings. What I really didn’t like was the fact that one of my drinks was waiting on the bar for over 10 mins, the ice was melted by the time they brought it to me and didn’t even discount it. Also another couple in our group didn’t get their wings for OVER45MINS and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it… Wings were the only good thing about this Buffalo Wild Wings. Sadly disappointed.

Late post from 2 weeks ago… My date & I decided to come here on a Tuesday. This place just opened up «About A Week Ago»… Waited 30 out of the 45 minutes that the male host said would be. Which I assumed would happen. Im a fan of BWW, but they still needa work on the kinks. Wow! Out of… Certain Beer Kettle Chips Ghost Sauce Jammin Jalapeño Sauce (& btw they will be discontinuing the Jammin Jalaleno Sauce sometime soon) :( So 3 of the things I wanted, they didnt have. Oh well. Hopefully next time they are better & have whats clearly smacked on the menu. Our waitress had to be flagged down a few times. She was very sweet. But if the other coworker/waitress has to say something & go look for her, that kinda has to tell you something. I still like BWW wings, prolly wait till the crowd dies down.

Finally this place is not that crowded, so we sat down for dinner. I had ordered the small order of wings which came with about 10 wings total and they were a little overcooked for my taste because they were extra crispy and they were considered traditional style. All the sauces were very flavorful but the blazin’ sauce is a force to be reckoned with because it is hot. They also have a blazin’ wing challenge where if you eat 12 blazin’ hot wings within six minutes you get a free T-shirt.

3.5 Well. I came on opening week. Whoa were they busy– it was crazy with an hour wait– which we expected. Our waiter was friendly but completely scatter brained it took 10 minutes to get silverware after our food was served :/— it wasnt just us it seemed like all tables were having problems– all staff looked like they were running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I’m not going to hold this against them bc it’s opening week and I get it. The food was good. It’s a BWW. They have fattening good food that I enjoy eating while drinking a beer and watching a game. I’m so glad this location has opened at this mall — we needed this. It looks like it’s bringing in money and I’m so happy about it.

My husband & I did take out on opening weekend and had a great experience. Everything in our order was perfect and tasted better than any other BWW. Our wait time was accurate, staff was friendly, and food was great. No complaints. Great job guys! Especially for opening weekend.
