Big Lots

The people working here hate the customers almost as much as they hate their jobs! Totally rude and unhelpful. Employees just hanging out with their friends and talking very offensively in front of customers and then they get annoyed if you ask a question. Never again!

Terrible customer service and what’s even worse is the management at this store location. It’s so bad I cannot even come up with anything else. If this review doesn’t explain my point, then has a look die yourself.

Great place to buy holiday decorations. Nice selection and great prices. I always find cool stuff for a great price. The people that work there are ok, they could use some customer service lessons.

This store has the worst customer service and the employees are just plain rude. I worked several years in retail and customer service is the key. If you choose to work in retail suck it up if you are having a bad day and treat your customers the same way you would want to be treated.

Worst experience I have ever had. I went to Big Lots to pick up two barstools. Found a perfect one on the show floor and asked the sales person if he can check if there is another one in the back. While he was looking for another one, I noticed a large ding on the display model. When the sales person came back with one I asked him if he can get one more since the display had marks on it. He apologize and said many of the barstools were taken out of the box and indicated it may not be in good shape. He said he was a transfer and said it shouldn’t be out of the box. I was confused as to why that would impact my decision to buy it since the one he brought out was in good condition. After telling us this, he went back to his computer completely ignoring our request. I decided to just leave and buy the bar stools elsewhere. Definitely never going to this store again.

This place has such low prices and they have everything you could possibly think of. They have everything from food to furniture and everything in between. The employees are friendly and the managers take care of you if there’s a problem. I highly recommend this place if you want a good deal.

its a bit unorganized but then again its big lots. they have tons of cool stuff if you’re super cheap like my wife. you get awesome deals for quality product.

This place is a total hit or miss. You could find the most random brand name items for cheap, then you go deeper in the store and will find toiletries and nutrisystem next to each other. wtf? Such a horrible layout but I always get a kick out of this place.

I really like Big Lots. Especially when it comes to buying air fresheners … as funny as that is. My sister introduced me to the Febreze Yumberry Sangria Scented Diffuser for $ 2.50 here. It lasts me MONTHS at a time, and my room smells LOVELY year round! Regularly, I think this product is over $ 7, so this is a steal.
But besides that, they have a great selection of things. I buy HUGE reams of printing paper here for like $ 3-​$ 4. The have a nice selection of snacks and drinks.
The store is pretty big and they have pretty much everything imaginable. It is somewhat unorganized, and you either have to ask to be pointed in the right direction when finding something or already know where it is. I am taking off one star because of the customer service. Everyone is really nice and helpful, BUT there has been times when I have waited like 5 – 10 for someone to charge me, and mind you that I am the ONLY one waiting to check out.
The deals here are great though, and I am pretty patient, so I don’t mind waiting a little sometimes!
