Advanced Moving, Inc

Great service! The two guys showed up on time, had great attitudes, were respectful, worked efficiently, and moved all my things with care. The office staff negotiated with me on the hour minimum, which was wonderful since I only had a small bedroom’s worth of furnishings needing to be moved from upstairs to downstairs in my house (plus a few other random heavy moving jobs). If not for the two things below, I would have given it 5 stars.
Cons: Paying by credit card (an accepted option per the office) meant that the mover guy wrote down my credit card information on paper to take back to the office to process, rather than having a machine or app to process the card. With so much credit card misuse today, I would have paid cash if I had known this before hand. It would be very easy for that piece of paper with my information to be misplaced or taken by a different person in transit before being processed and (hopefully) destroyed.
I was also confused by the name of the company. The Unilocal page, and the linked website say «Advanced Moving, Inc.», but the person who answered the phone and the mover guys called it «Unique Movers». The logo from the Advanced Moving, Inc website was the same as the logo on the mover’s shirt. I am just confused on what the name of this company is.
