I just left Sky Nails and I will never return. I went in for a simple pedicure and over two hours later they were finally done. The reason being is that my technician was working on 3 other people while working on me. Their sign says that walk-​ins are welcome but they were not turning anyone away. I had to sit there for over 30 minutes two times because she was working on other customers. One customer got up to leave because she had been waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone helping her, so the gal that was painting my toes literally got up in the middle of painting my toes to help this other customer. I’ve been in customer service my entire life and this is no way to treat customers. Poor poor service.
They did do a nice job though. The price was very good too, but I would rather pay more and get better service and not be there for over 2 hours.

All I have to say about sky nails is, I would not get your eyebrows waxed her unless you want them entirely waxed off, I was not pleased when I got home and actually realized she waxed off almost all of my eyebrows, I will say I should have asked her to not waxso excessively but common ??? Not pleased. They do a great job on nails, but I probably won’t return:/

Would likely go 2.5 — but maybe not. No cuticle work, no massage, not even any lotion. plan your mani or pedi for Portland — Lloyd Center does the best I’ve had for less than this place.

The people that work here are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, caring and professional. My most current visit was 5−24−12
On my most recent visit I got a manicure (my first from here), just a french, and so far it has lasted over a week. I work with my hands, so I rarely do anything with my fingernails due to I am so hard on them. This is a top-​notch job.
I also got a pedicure. It was awesome. Seriously, I could not be more pleased. I have had pedis here before and have never once had a bad experience.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I will continue to do business with them.
