We have had Tim service our air conditioner/​heating unit many times and he is always helpful and polite and explains what he is doing.

Just had our furnace serviced. The tech arrived on time if early. He was polite and thorough. Very informative and the bill was standard and not out of line. I highly recommend them for local customers.

So I contacted this company in late July because they were an authorized agent for Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pumps and AC systems and according to the Fuji website, they covered Oregon City. I left a request to be contacted on the Fuji website.
One of the sales people from Eastman contacted me and advised that they were affiliated with Roth Heating and Cooling who likely would do the install work and that they could quote me on the system I wanted. They put together a blind quote and apologized that their salesman could not drop by for a few weeks to complete the quote. Needless to say there were a lot of other companies out there who wanted to sell similar systems and get them installed in a timely manor.
I would like to point out that he service side of the operation might be good, but unfortunately their sales department failed so badly I never got to find out.
